In the first week of January, Tecnnic resumed its activities with a special meeting that marked the beginning of another chapter in our history. Gathered in the company cafeteria, all employees participated in an event that celebrated the achievements of 2024 and brought an inspiring message for 2025.
Our CEO, Ricardo Santos, led the initial moment with an exciting retrospective of the previous year. During his speech, he interacted with employees, inviting each sector to share the most memorable moments experienced in 2024. It was a unique opportunity to highlight the achievements, the challenges overcome and the lessons learned that brought us here.
Afterwards, Fernanda Uggioni, director of Human and Organizational Development, welcomed the new employees, reinforcing the welcoming spirit that is part of Tecnnic's DNA.
Closing the meeting, Ricardo and Fernanda shared words of encouragement and motivation, inviting everyone to embrace 2025 with enthusiasm, unity and commitment. After the speeches, all employees enjoyed a delicious coffee break, which provided a moment of relaxation and exchange of ideas.
